CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ALWAYS OUR TOP PRIORITY, AND AS SUCH WE HANDLE EACH QUERY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. WHILE WE HOPE THAT YOU ARE DELIGHTED WITH YOUR ORDER, IF YOU ARE NOT PERFECTLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR GOODS YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER.

Please include the Order Number , the Item Code(s) of the item(s) to be returned and state if the return is for a size exchange, store credit or a partial refund.

2. Once you have received your RMA number, simply send back your item(s) using our free collection service.
Book a free collection with DHL, by visiting www.dhl.com and selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL.

Sign the returns pro forma invoice that you received with your order (and fill in the DHL air waybill if applicable). Please leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We recommend that items are returned from the same country to which they were delivered. This ensures that your return is covered by our free returns policy and reaches us promptly. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU - 30 EURO + ALL IMPORT TAXES AND FEES

Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different colour is available. Exchanges for a different Item code are currently unavailable.

STORE CREDIT:

- can be used one time only on a future order within three months of the return;
- is not cumulative with other store credits;
- must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit;

For returns with refund requests, the shipment and any eventual import fees are at the client’s expense.

Fees will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.

Orders paid by Paypal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
RETURN POLICY » Please read carefully our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

- All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the INSPIREDBYLABELS.COM box is properly protected with the plastic bag provided.

- Return outside the 14 day window may be accepted at our discretion.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all INSPIREDBYLABELS. COM tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

- Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately.
REFUNDS » Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or INSPIREDBYLABELS. COM account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned for a size exchange or refund.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through INSPIREDBYLABELS. COM However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
